Thank you for shopping with Valiomed. This policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day. During periods of high order volume or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Times Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery times can be affected by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your confirmation.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may require additional shipping charges.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.
